Terms of Service

Wearly is an AI-powered wardrobe styling application that provides:

• Digital Wardrobe — Upload, categorize, and manage your clothing items digitally
• AI Outfit Recommendations — Receive personalized outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe, preferences, and weather conditions
• AI Styling Chat (Muse) — Interact with an AI fashion assistant for styling advice
• Outfit Creation — Compose and save outfits from your wardrobe items

These features are powered by artificial intelligence and are subject to the limitations described in Section 5.

To use Wearly, you must create an account via Apple or Google social login.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the devices used to access it
• You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person; you may not create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Wearly, including clothing photos, profile photos, and outfit compositions.

License GrantBy uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving Wearly's services. This includes transmitting your content to AI providers for processing.

Content Responsibility

• You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' intellectual property
• You are solely responsible for backing up your own content

Content Removal

• You can delete individual wardrobe items at any time
• Account deletion removes your wardrobe, outfits, and chat history through the account deletion process; purchase and transaction records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy
• We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice

Wearly offers both free and premium (PRO) subscription tiers.

Free Tier

• Basic wardrobe management with limited AI features
• Subject to usage limits that may change over time

PRO Subscription

• AI outfit recommendations consume credits
• Each paid annual purchase or renewal grants 2,000 credits, expiring at the end of that subscription year
• Free trials do not grant the annual allowance; new accounts receive 30 signup credits
• Full digital wardrobe capacity
• Weather-based styling
• Priority AI processing

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refund requests follow the policies of your respective app store (Apple or Google)
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice
• Price changes do not affect current billing periods

Lifetime Plans

• Lifetime plans grant permanent PRO access tied to your account and 10,000 credits once
• Lifetime credits never expire, are consumed by use, and do not replenish
• Additional credits require a separate purchase; restoring a purchase does not refill credits
• Lifetime plans are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law

Wearly uses artificial intelligence extensively. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Professional Advice

• AI outfit recommendations are suggestions for personal use only
• AI styling advice does not constitute professional fashion consulting, personal shopping, or image consulting services
• You should exercise your own judgment when making purchasing or styling decisions

Accuracy Limitations

• AI-generated outfit recommendations may not suit your personal taste, body type, or occasion
• AI responses in the styling chat may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect biases

Content Ownership

• AI-generated images (outfit compositions) are provided for your personal use
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created from your inputs
• AI-generated content may not be used for commercial purposes without our written consent

No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee the availability, speed, or quality of AI features
• AI capabilities may change, improve, or be temporarily unavailable
• AI model providers may be changed without notice, which may affect output quality

App & Brand

• The Wearly name, logo, design system, and app interface are owned by STACK CRAFT LLC
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app's design, code, or branding

Your Content

• You retain all rights to your original photos and content
• The license you grant us (Section 3) is limited to service delivery

AI Output

• AI-generated content is provided under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
• This license does not include rights for commercial redistribution

You agree not to:

• Use Wearly for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or connected networks
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or usage limits
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without authorization
• Use AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content

Wearly integrates with third-party services to provide its features:

• Google Gemini — for clothing analysis, image processing, outfit recommendations, and styling chat
• Apple & Google — for authentication and app store payments
• RevenueCat — for subscription management
• Convex & Cloudflare — for data storage and image hosting

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service. Each third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Service provider changes may occur without advance notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim warranties of:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

Limitation of Liability

• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, or (b) $100 USD
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI recommendations
• We are not liable for data loss, including wardrobe content, due to service interruptions

Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or third-party service outages

By You

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings in the app
• Upon deletion, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Active subscriptions should be canceled through your app store before account deletion

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (with prior notice)
• We reserve the right to discontinue the service entirely with at least 30 days notice

Effect of Termination

• All licenses granted to you under these Terms terminate
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property)

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wearly. Wearly is intended only for adults and is not offered to users under 18.

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

• We encourage you to contact us first at hello@celados.com to resolve any disputes informally
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis — you agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration

Exceptions

• Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement
• Small claims court actions are permitted where applicable

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the service and delete your account.
